Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa means to move. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a traditional class that links the yoga postures (asanas) to breath, and breath to motion. The yoga postures are designed to enhance flexibility, improve cardiovascular endurance while strengthening and toning one's body. This class will be invigorating as well as greatly enhancing a deep relaxing experience.
