NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - New Providence High School junior, Elizabeth Blank, was recognized by Congressman Tom Malinowski at the recent Congressional Art Competition. Her photograph, "Wind of Hues," won third place out of numerous entries from across New Jersey's seventh congressional district. The annual event recognizes and encourages the artistic talents of young people across the nation. Elizabeth's work will be displayed in the congressman's offices in Washington D.C. and Somerville, NJ throughout the year.
