MORRISTOWN, NJ - Many of Fiori's Italian restaurant customers were disappointed when they learned the establishment had shut down. We are excited to share the good news for them! The owners and cooks, Johnny and Nino, have opened a new restaurant not that far away, in downtown Chatham.
The new restaurant is called Cafe Roma and it is located at 250 Main Street in Chatham.
The space is open, warm and inviting and passerbys to the storefront, often stop to browse the menu once they smell the delicious aromas coming from the restaurant.
The restaurant is casual yet the menu is expansive and upscale. Many favorites including different pasta dishes like linguini with clams and the classic parmigianas are available as well as unique combinations of seafood, vegetables, meat, veal and chicken.
"The Veal Milanese at Cafe Roma is perhaps the most delicious I've tasted since I was in Italy last summer," Chatham resident Colleen Cortese had to say.
The restaurant is also open for private parties up to eighty (80) people. You can call 973-635-0088 for a reservation. Cafe Roma provides a BYOB dining experience.
