New Providence Introduces New Recycling Rules

NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – What does China have to do with New Providence recycling? Apparently a lot and residents should take a note of the new recycling guidelines, Borough Administrator Doug Marvin said at the Monday, June 11 council meeting.
