NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ -- The New Providence girls basketball team remained undefeated with a 64-24 victory over Kent Place on Saturday.

Meghan Lamanna finished with 18 points, three steals and two assists for the Pioneers (10-0), who outscored Kent Place, 22-2, in the second quarter to open a 39-11 halftime lead.

Lindsay Kinum had 11 points, six assists, three steals and three rebounds, and Amy Maurer totaled 10 points and three steals for New Providence. Kaitlyn Cumiskey led the team in steals with four, and Grace Kelly blocked a pair of shots.
