LET’S HELP OUTDOOR CATS STAY WARM AS WINTER APPROACHES

Learn how to build your own outdoor cat shelter

On Thursday, November 21 from 7 - 8:30 pm join volunteers of Communities Promoting Animal Welfare NJ (CPAW NJ) at Bloomfield Animal Shelter and learn how to build a shelter that will help keep outdoor cats safe and warm this winter. Led by Community Cat Manager of People for Animals, Michelle Brodbeck, this workshop is completely free and open to all ages.

Winter is quickly approaching and countless cats and kittens won’t survive due to the harsh and unforgiving weather conditions. Let’s work together to prevent as many cats and kittens from perishing in the extreme cold. Once you’ve made your shelter be sure to share on social media and tag CPAW NJ using the hashtag #CompassionWithAPURRpose to help us spread our mission of compassion!

Compassion with a Purrpose

CPAW NJ provides local communities with solutions to reduce cat overpopulation and suffering. We envision a world in which cats receive adequate care in their familiar places and the Human animal bond is preserved. We execute our mission through collaboration with Community partners and raising awareness through education and training. Since our founding in April of 2017 we have spayed/neutered over 1,000 cats.
