Newark Community Pop-Up Health Clinic

On Saturday November 23rd from 10 am to 2pm members of Newark's health provider community, including the Newark Department of Health and Community Wellness and University Hospital, will be on site at Barringer High School to provide free health screenings at a pop-up health clinic.  

Free testing includes: 

  • height
  • weight
  • blood pressure
  • diabetes screening
  • lead screenings 
  • HIV screenings

Information will also be available on social services, insurance, dental health and cel phone services.

Attendees are encouraged to also visit the food and clothing pantry at Barringer High School which will be open at the same time.
