Newark, NJ – The Archdiocese of Newark’s Women’s Commission will celebrate its Annual Day of Reflection on Saturday, March 7, 2020, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event takes place at Seton Hall University’s auditorium located at 400 South Orange Avenue in South Orange, New Jersey.

Sponsored by the Catholic Women’s Commission, hundreds of women from parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Newark, as well as neighboring dioceses, attend the conference each year seeking to strengthen their spiritual faith and to engage in fellowship. The daylong prayerful event encourages women to become “Alive in Christ” with this year’s bilingual conference theme focusing on “The Eucharist…His Heart in My Heart.”

The day-long conference in English and Spanish-language tracks includes presentations, featured speakers, music, the Sacrament of Reconciliation in multiple languages, a Holy Hour, Eucharistic Adoration, and a concluding celebration of Holy Mass at 4p.m. with Cardinal Joseph William Tobin, C.Ss.R., Archbishop of Newark, as the chief celebrant.

The conference is a faith-filled opportunity for fellowship, music, and education featuring various exhibitors. Registration is $30 per conference attendee. Priests, deacons and other religious are admitted free. Continental breakfast and lunch are included.
