Jamie LaCouture, Community Relations and Tradeshow Supervisor has been with Thorlabs for 9 years. She is responsible for overseeing the domestic tradeshow and conference efforts as well as corporate and local community relationships. As a lifelong resident of Sussex County, Jamie is honored to serve with many of the local nonprofits who uphold and serve the community. Her interests include efforts directed at humanity, animal welfare, and education. She sits on the foundation board at Sussex County Community College, was appointed to the Board at Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial, and is also a trustee of the SCARC Foundation. Jamie holds a Master’s Degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University as well as Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Communication Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In her free time, she loves gardening, drawing, painting, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.

Lidia Zdunek, Vice President Business Banking Officer at Lakeland Bank, has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Currently, she is responsible for new loan and deposit cultivation in the Sussex, Morris, Somerset and Union Counties. Lidia covers 7 out of the 10 branches located in Sussex County, assisting local businesses with their banking and lending needs. In her free time, Lidia enjoys working out, biking, hiking and other outdoor activities. She keeps up with her ten-year-old son by playing a variety of sports with him.
