NEWTON, NJ—The Newton High School Boys Basketball Team remained undefeated in another game during the third day of the round robin in the Roxbury Classic tournament, when they won 44-30 against Warren Hills on Thursday.

Leading the Braves in their victory was Charlie Maker, who contributed 14 points to the scoreboard with six 2-pointers and two foul shots.

Right behind Maker was Jason Heter, another lead scorer for Newton this season. Heter contributed 13 points with six 2-pointers also and one foul shot.

Other Braves who scored were Jake Tarabokija who had eight points, Collin Kelly who had four, Luismy Arias who had three, and Jaiden Elliot and Luke Young who had two points.

Defensively, the Braves had 18 rebounds, 10 assists, 12 steals and two blocks throughout the game against Warren Hills.
