NEWTON, NJ—Tommy Hermann led the Braves in their shutout victory over Lenape Valley on Tuesday, when they played them away and won 4-0.

Hermann scored two goals for the Braves, followed by Richie Reczka and Bruno Fredes who each contributed one goal apiece. Assists were made by Kevin Ayoso, Christian Calderaro and Hermann.

Newton’s keeper, James McMahon had three saves against Lenape Valley.

The Braves move their record forward to 8-5-2 overall and 4-2-1 in their conference division, which they are currently in second place behind Hackettstown, who leads the division 6-0 and have an overall record of 13-0-1.
