NEWTON, NJ—The Newton High School boys soccer won a close game of 2-1 against Lenape Valley on Monday, September 19.

Tommy Hermann and Cameron Saks each scored a goal in Newton’s victory over Lenape Valley. Assists were made by Edward Lynch and Richie Reczka.

Newton’s goalkeeper, Sam Miller saved six of the shots that Lenape Valley took on the goal, while Lenape Valley’s keeper, Kyle Muir had nine saves.

The Braves continue to remain undefeated, with a record of 5-0, as they take on Jefferson, away on Thursday, September 22 at 4 p.m.
