NEWTON, NJ—The Newton High School field hockey team won 3-1 over Randolph when they played them away on Monday, October 14.

The Braves outshot Randolph 10-2. Abby Berkowitz, keeper for Newton had one save against Randolph.

Scoring for Newton was Dominique Simeone, with one goal and Bridget Kerrick with two. Simeone also had one assist, along with Julia Fitt and Elissar Abou-Jaoude.

The Newton High School field hockey team has a record of 12-3 overall and 12-1 in the NJAC conference. Newton will host High Point on Wednesday, October 16 beginning a 4 p.m.
