STOCKHOLM, NJ – Newton Lenape Valley bested Parsippany Hills 4-3 on Saturday playing on their home ice at Skylands Ice World. 

NLV would get two unassisted goals by Ryan Lynch, one in each the first and second periods.  Anthony Piccirillo also put one away assisted by Hunter Givone in the second period.

Matthew Murphy would seal the win for NLV with an assist from Mike Smith.

The Parsippany goalie was kept busy fending off 58 NLV shots.  NLV goalie Trey Kaplan stopped 13 shots.    

The NLV record moves to 3-1.  They will play Whippany Park on the road at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday.  NLV’s next home game does not come until December 21 when they host Gill St. Bernard’s.
