NEWTON, NJ—A Newton woman has pled guilty to driving while license was suspended.  Nachelle Stewart, 51, was stopped by Byram police officers for a motor vehicle violation when they found her license was suspended for a third offence of driving while intoxicated, according to the Sussex County Prosecutor Francis Koch. 

Stewart’s case was investigated by Byram Patrolman Marcus Lisa and Detective Robert Tierney.

Stewart pled guilty before Honorable William McGovern in Newton, on July 31.  Stewart was represented by Shaun Morgan Russell.
