NEWTON, NJ – A Pennsylvania man sexually assaulted a juvenile earlier this year in Newton and now faces charges, said police.

James Roff, 32, of Archibald, Pa., is accused of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, said Newton police and the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office. They said the incident took place in February.
