World Mission Gift Shop adds Made by Survivors Items

 

News Release

The Sparta United Methodist Church World Mission Gift Shop announces it now includes Made by Survivors items.

Sign Up for E-News

Made by Survivors items are newly added with a special display showcasing the jewelry, bags, and other items.  Made by Survivors is an international nonprofit organization which employs and educates survivors of slavery and other human rights abuses, including many women and children living in extreme poverty.

The World Mission Gift Shop sells both Fair Trade and Made by Survivors items. All proceeds benefit various mission projects.

The shop is open as follows:   Thursdays & Fridays from 1 pm to 4 pm

                                                Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm

                                                Other times by special Appointment

World Mission Gift Shop is located at the Sparta United Methodist Church, 71 Sparta Avenue, Sparta NJ 07871.  The shop entrance is in the rear.
