NEWTON, NJ—What began as a routine motor vehicle stop for operating with a brake light out and an obstructed view of the windshield, turned into an arrest for possession of drugs and more.
On Wednesday July 26 at 3:08 p.m., Sgt. Michael Monaco stopped a Dodge Intrepid on Halsted Street. The vehicle was being operated by David Pezak, 28, of Belleville, NJ.
