SOFIA 8th Annual Walk Against Domestic Violence

We are thrilled to announce our 8th Annual S.O.F.I.A. Walk Against Domestic Violence (With Awareness There Is Hope) on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Canterbury Park in Montclair, New Jersey. The event is from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Registration begins at 9 a.m.; the walk begins at 10 a.m.)

The event is always inspiring, moving, and fun. The route is an easy walk that can be adapted to all ability levels.  S.O.F.I.A. is a true grass-roots organization serving clients in the Essex County area and throughout NJ since 2009.

Note to Our Elected Officials: Democracy Won

January 17, 2021

Dear Senator Oroho and Assemblymen Space and Wirths,

A longtime resident of this district told us that he reached out to our state legislators to ask why they haven't yet acknowledged the election results. He called Senator Oroho three times, and wrote him a letter. He still hasn’t received a response.

Now all three of you fail, in a bipartisan resolution with ...

Heavenly Help Desk

I need help. My computer stopped working. And given that there are no signs of glowing screen life, my software troubleshooting skills are pretty much useless.

I have run out of options. It is midnight in the time of Covid and the Genius bar is closed. So is the bar in town.

What I need is divine intervention.

Surely there is a patron saint of computers I can call on. There is a patron ...
