Sparta Police: Newton Woman Drives Wrong Way, Faces DWI Charges

SPARTA, NJ - A Newton woman is facing driving while intoxicated charges when she was seen driving the wrong way on the Woodport Road jug handle.  On March 18, around 12:30 a.m. Police Officer Chris Favaro saw Kathryn Grieg driving in the wrong direction and pulled her over into a nearby parking lot according to police.

Pennsy Man Charged with Picatinny Bribes

NEWARK, NJ – A Stroudsburg, Pa. man working for the federal government accepted bribes in connection with renovation projects at Picatinny Arsenal and Fort Dix law enforcement officials said.

The man, Kevin Leondi, 56, faces up to five years in prison and fines of up to $250,000 if convicted, acting U.S. Attorney William Fitzpatrick said.
