Newton Police Officer Promoted to Sergeant

NEWTON, NJ—The Newton Police Department promoted one of their own, Thomas Muller, to the rank of Sergeant, during the Town Council meeting on Monday.  With the promotion, he has a new assignment; the Patrol Division.
