NEWTON, NJ—Newton resident Randolph Millington, was sentenced for drug related crimes by Honorable Thomas J. Critchley at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on Friday, August 2, Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced.
Millington, 34, was sentenced to two years’ probation and he must also perform community service and pay mandatory fines and fees.
He pled guilty on June 10 to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Receiving Stolen Property and Conspiracy to commit credit card fraud.
During a motor vehicle stop, Millington was found to be in possession of CDS, stolen electronics and numerous fraudulent credit cards and driver’s licenses.
Millington was represented by Nicole Rizzolo, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sahil Kabse.
