NEWTON, NJ—Last week, 15 baseball players, five of them seniors, teamed up after only having played together for a week to play in the Last Dance Baseball Tournament. The tournament was a response to the COVID-19 spring season cancelation.

Newton was represented by 11 players with three from North Warren and one from Hopatcong.  Together they comprised the “Newton/Hopatcong/North Warren Regional” team. The games were played at the field at Skylands.
