NEWTON, NJ—The Newton High School Boys basketball team won 59-55 against High Point on Friday, when they played them away.

Aaron Fantasia and JD Heller who each put up 17 points, leading the Braves effort. Fantasia sunk seven 2-pointers and one 3-pointer. Heller put in four from 3-point land and two 2-pointers. Brian McKeown contributed another 12 to the scoreboard.

Dylan bailey added five, Jack Young had four, Kellen Miller had three.

The Newton High School boys basketball team will play away against Livingston on Monday, January 6 beginning at 7 p.m.
