Newton Police Department Celebrates Promotion of Dan Finkle to Sergeant

NEWTON, NJ – In a ceremony on the plaza in front of the municipal building, the Town of Newton Police Department promoted three officers.  In addition to Chief Steven Van Nieuwland taking his oath, Scott King was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Dan Finkle was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
