A Costa Rican man from Ambler decided the best way to deal with his "dry spell" of no sex for three months was to pull next to cars at Redner's parking lot and pull it out in front of unsuspecting women, police allege.
Now, Eduardo D. Camacho Ulloa, 22, of an apartment on the 200 block of North Spring Garden Street, faces charges from Montgomery Township Police of two misdemeanor counts each of indecent exposure and open lewdness, disorderly conduct and driving without a license, police said.
He was summoned to appear at a preliminary hearing on Nov. 21 before District Judge Andrea Duffy, per court records.
On Aug. 26, at 2:51 p.m., police responded to the Redner's at 1200 Welsh Road for a report of a man masturbating in front of another person.
Upon arrival, the alleged victim told police that she came to Redner's with her husband at 2:40 p.m. Her husband parked the car in front of the grocery store, but further down the aisle, as he did not want anyone parked next to his car, police said.
The alleged victim waited in the car while her husband went into the store. Shortly after he left, a silver 2002 Honda Civic parked directly to the left of the vehicle, police said. The woman found this odd, police said, as there were several other open spots closer to the store.
The woman looked at the driver, who police allege is Camacho Ulloa, who then reclined his seat and lied down, police said.
Camacho Ulloa then allegedly pulled out his penis and started rubbing it, police said. Police were able to trace the Honda to Camacho Ulloa through his Pennsylvania license plate, police said.
The alleged victim described the driver as a light-skinned male in his early 20s, with spiky dark hair and a thin build, police said, wearing a white shirt, possibly with a collar, similar to something a restaurant employee would wear. The Honda left the scene prior to police arrival.
Camacho Ulloa allegedly struck again on Sept. 4 at 2:30 p.m., police said.
Once again, police responded to the lot for a report of a man masturbating in his vehicle. The second alleged victim had parked her new car away from the rest of the cars in the lot, police said.
As she was about to exit her car, a silver Honda pulled up next to the driver's side of the car, police said. The woman thought this was odd, as the car was older and there were many closer parking spots.
The windows to the Honda were rolled down, and Camacho Ulloa allegedly pulled out his penis and started masturbating, police said. The alleged victim described the man as a young white male, wearing a necklace, white shirt and jeans, police said.
Police found the Honda trying to leave the parking lot, police said. The Honda was stopped and officers spoke to Camacho Ulloa.
He told police he was there to buy soup. Police read him his Miranda warnings and then told him they knew what he was doing and that they needed him to be honest, police said.
Camacho Ulloa allegedly admitted to masturbating on Aug. 26 and Sept. 4 in the parking lot of Redner's in view of women, police said.
Camacho Ulloa told police he was thinking of his girlfriend because he had not had sex for three months, police said. He told police he pulled his penis out of his pants for two to three seconds and that he was touching himself, police allege.
At the time of his arrest, Camacho Ulloa was wearing a white T-shirt, jeans and a necklace, police said. The second alleged victim identified him as the man masturbating in the car, police said.
