Camden Man Charged With Felony Counterfeiting, Forgery in Montgomery Township

A Camden man faces 21 felonies involving counterfeiting, forgery and theft in Montgomery Township, according to court records.

Johnny L. Mays III, 46, has a warrant issued against him and is awaiting a preliminary hearing in Montgomery Township District Court on alleged crimes that occurred Feb. 28, 2014 in the township.

According to a criminal docket, Mays III is charged with five felony counts of access device counterfeiting, felony identity theft, five felony counts of forgery, five felony counts of theft by false impression, five felony counts of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor possessing an instrument of crime.
