Today I am grateful for lists.  I think every minute of my life I have at least one, probably more lists going.

Right now I have a grocery list and a Costco list.  When we go on vacation I make a list of what I need to bring and where we want to go and what we want to do.  I make a budget list every single month.  There is usually a list running someplace in the house of what chores need to be done.  Sometimes, when I’m very, very busy and have a billion lists of things to do, like at Christmas, I will write something on the list that I’ve already completed so that I can immediately scratch it off.  I know crazy.  But it works for my brain.

My car is in the shop being inspected and I just got a call that it needs a new catalytic converter to the tune of four THOUSAND dollars.  $4000.  I had to write it out to wrap my brain around it.  There is no way we will put that much money into that car.  I’m glad I’m grateful for lists today because it would be a stretch to find anything more meaningful.  I gotta go make a list of what kind of car we should buy.  GRRRR.

Each and every day I find something to be grateful for. My gratitude's are heartfelt, personal, moving and often humorous. Facebook followers have encouraged me to branch out. I hope you will relate.
