A Montgomery Township 22-year-old man faces seven to 14 years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing 35 images of child pornography on his computer, images which were also shared via the Internet in October 2013, police said.
Ross S. Prajzner, of the 100 block of Forrest Trail Drive, according to court records, pleaded guilty to numerous felony sexual abuse of children and felony possession of child pornography in Montgomery County court this week. Prajzner is free on bail.
Sentencing is deferred, according to The Reporter, until a background investigative report is completed. Prajzner will also be assessed by the state Sexual Offender Assessment Board to determine if he will be classified as a sexually violent predator, per the report.
Authorities came across a Prajzner’s computer on a file sharing network that was sharing child pornography, according to an affidavit. Investigators were able to download a video of a girl under 18 in sexually explicit poses from the computer.
An October 30, 2013 search and seizure at Prajzner’s home of his computer is when Prajzner admitted to downloading and searching for child pornography, according to the affidavit.
