Alleged perverted voyeur Joseph Cionzynski, 60, of the 300 block of Perkiomen Avenue in Lansdale had his Florida trial continued a third time this week, as his newly-retained attorney continues to develop a defense for his client, who is accused of taking cell phone photos of a boy in a Walt Disney World bathroom in August 2013, per Florida court records and The Reporter.

Cionzynski, a former Boy Scout leader in the North Penn area, is charged with second-degree felony video voyeurism of a child under 16 years old, per court records, and faces up to 15 years in prison. Cionzynski has pleaded not guilty and is free on bail.

Police said Cionzynski was caught allegedly taking cell phone photos of an 8-year-old boy as he sat on the toilet in the restroom at the theme park. Cionzynski allegedly took the photos from under a partition.

The boy told his mother, and they tracked down Cionzynski in the bathroom by his shoes, police said. This was the only thing the boy had seen to identify his alleged voyeur, police said.

Cionzynski told police he "understood" the allegations and wanted to resolve the "minor misunderstanding," per court records.

No photos of the boy were found on Cionzynski's cell phone photo album, but there were two photos of male genitalia, police said.

Cionzynski also posted his $25,000 cash bail after his Lansdale preliminary hearing last year on a fugitive warrant.

Cionzynski is banned from all Walt Disney property.
