NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – After a routine traffic stop on Wednesday morning, North Plainfield police officer Mike Jean-Bapti positively identified thirty-two year old Lamar Hordge of East Orange as someone with multiple warrants for drugs and weapons possession.  Jean-Bapti placed Hordge under arrest for a “no bail warrant” and turned over to the Essex County Sheriff’s Department.

A no bail warrant is one issued for the arrest of someone who missed a court date or violated parole and cannot be bailed out until they are presented to a judge.  Hordge had previously been released on $75,000 bail for his November 2013 arrest for two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS) according to mugshots-catalog.com.

According to the website Hodge has a history of arrests since 2004, including possession of CDS near a school, distributing CDS in a public housing development, manufacturing/distributing heroin or cocaine, weapons possession, resisting arrest and simple assault.  He is being held on many of these charges from various arrests.
