GREEN BROOK, NJ -- Green Brook will hold its annual tree lighting ceremony at Town Hall this Friday, December 5th at 7 p.m. Town Hall is at 111 Green Brook Avenue, just west of Washington Avenue.  Santa will be picked up at the border by the Green Brook Fire-EMS and delivered to Town Hall to deliver Christmas wishes and holiday cheer.

The Green Brook Middle School Choir and Instrumental Band Ensemble will be providing music and carols for the community's entertainment, and residents are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite holiday character for the Best Santa or Elf Costume Contest.

On Saturday, December 6 from noon until 2 p.m. the Central Bark will host Santa Paws at the Dog Park where you can bring your pup to have a picture taken with Santa Claus. Residents are invited to bring a camera for pictures, and are asked to donate $5 for a needy local family.

Last year Santa Paws at the Dog Park raised $500 for local families, and are looking to beat that number in 2014.
