Alexa McNair was born on Sept. 14, 1998, in Jersey City, NJ at Christ Hospital and moved to North Plainfield when she was in the third grade. McNair is currently a senior at North Plainfield High School.
McNair is a strong, determined, passionate, and funny individual. She puts 110-percent into everything that she does. In her spare time, she likes to talk with friends and family, read supernatural romance novels, and participate in dance after-school.
McNair started dancing at the age of 3 at Miss Kim’s School of Dance in North Plainfield and has been attending the institution for about 14 years, loving every minute of it. Back when she was in third grade, McNair had such a love for music and singing that every day she would prance around the house and sing her favorite songs. McNair also fell in love with martial arts while watching a Tae Kwon Do class. She enjoyed watching the girls doing their kicks and looking strong and powerful. In an instant, McNair was taking the class and feeling like she can do anything.
As she grew older and started high school, McNair realized a love for television and the radio communications field. She has been taking the Journalism course at North Plainfield High School for the past three years and has learned so much and gained experience in the field of Journalism. She hopes to attend Kean University, William Patterson, or St. John’s University after she graduates to pursue her dreams to be a radio/television broadcaster.
