SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - The Moretti Team of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New Jersey Properties was recognized recently at the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services National Convention for the sales performance in 2015.  The Team was given the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award which ranks the Moretti Teams sales production among the top 1% of agents nationally.  The event was held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center located in Dallas Texas from March 5th – March 8th

Guy Moretti, Team Leader for the Moretti Team, attributes the team’s success to a combination of core customer values along with the utilization of the most advanced marketing systems.   “My dad started in the business in 1957.   He built his business around customer service and going the extra mile”, according to Guy Moretti.    “Today the Moretti Team lives, sleeps and breaths that same desire to exceed client’s expectations”.

The Moretti Team is made up of Guy Moretti, Team Leader, Toni Moretti, Customer Care Manager, Gi Sofka, Transaction Manager, Eugene Moretti, Steve Gold and Glenn Jones, Full Time Agents for the team.  According to Guy, Negotiations in today’s difficult real estate market has little room for learning on the job.  Mistakes in judgment almost always results in a sale fall through or no sale at all.   Guy has been in the Real Estate Business full time since 1977 and has trained hundreds of agents in the art of negotiations.   Toni Moretti, the Teams Customer Service Manager, is currently incubating over 3000 buyer/seller customers, said Guy.   Toni makes sure the needs of her clients are met while working with team members to achieve the customer’s housing objectives. Managing the details are most times the difference between a successful sale and a fall through.   Ms. Gi Sofka is the Moretti Teams answer to the challenge with 22 years of real estate and mortgage experience.  Ms. Sofka is the Teams Transaction Manager who oversees the details of the contract and the coordination of closings.   Guy Moretti, Eugene Moretti, Steve Gold and Glenn Jones spend their full time effort working with buyers and sellers overseeing the marketing process, contract negotiations and inspections.   Throughout the transaction process the full time agent, along with the Transaction Manager, maintains constant communication with clients.
