WARREN, NJ - A severe thunderstorm warning and flood advisory has been issued for the Warren area through 4:30 p.m.

Hillcrest Road has reopened and Route 22 is open but traffic is slow moving with some deep puddles. The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Flood Advisory for all of Somerset and Hunterdon Counties, and parts of Morris, Mercer County, and Middlesex Counties.

All high school sports are canceled.

"Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding," the service warned.
