NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - Pancakes and sausage and juice and coffee are on the menu for the Third Annual Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast on October 29 being offered at the Holy Cross Church in North Plainfield.
The event is held by the Rotary Club of Plainfield-North Plainfield and the Interact Club at North Plainfield High School. “This is a service project, not a fundraiser,” said Rotary President Ravenell Williams. “We are offering this breakfast as an opportunity for our senior citizens to enjoy a free breakfast and socialize with each other, with our Rotarians, and with our Interact Club students. Everyone is welcome to attend; non-seniors will have an opportunity to make a donation to help us pay the expenses for the breakfast.”
The breakfast is in the Fellowship Hall at the Church of the Holy Cross on Saturday, October 29, from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Janice Allen is chair of the event and can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
