WARREN, NJ - The Warren Township Board of Education on Tuesday approved the revised Return to School plan giving fourth and fifth grade students the option to return to school five days a week, and authorized the submission of the plan to the New Jersey Department of Education. Decision surveys will go out to impacted parents on Tuesday.

In addition, the Board of Education directed the Superintendent to develop a plan, to be presented at the Board’s March 15, 2021 meeting, that transitions the greatest number of Warren Middle School students from Cohorts A and B to a combined Cohort C as possible given existing resource constraints and health and safety guidelines.

And if that plan does not include all Warren Middle School students, the Board of Education directs the Superintendent to develop a plan that addresses the existing resource constraints and health and safety guidelines that need to be overcome in order to offer the opportunity for all Warren Middle School students to move to Cohort C.
