WARREN, NJ - The Watchung Hills Board of Education and the Watchung Hills Regional Education Association (WHREA) have reached a tentative memorandum of agreement for a new three-year contract, board president Peter Fallon announced at the last meeting.
The five year contract currently in effect expires on June 30.
A few things still need to happen before details can be provided. Salary guides are being prepared, then the WHREA votes to ratify the agreement, and then the board votes to accept it, most probably at its next meeting.
The tentative new contract would expire June 30, 2022.
