BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The eighth-seeded Watchung Hills Warriors fell to the first-seeded Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers 15-6 in the NJ State Tournament, ultimately the dagger to the team's season.

Alec Orazietti accumulated a goal and two assists in the loss, while Ryan Cunningham picked up one apiece.

Frank Rica, Tyler Furlong, Sean Mullaney, and John Tekin all added a goal as well, but it was not enough to take down the still-undefeated Panthers.

The season marks the end of many Warriors' high school lacrosse career. Seniors Jordan Rothenberg, Alec Orazietti, Ryan Cunningham, Jack Ayre, John Tekin, Rob Torrisi, Chris Irving, Frank Butrico, Zack Grosch, Angelo Fusco, James Perry, and Scott Marion have all finished their careers under Coach Jamie Lovejoy.

With that, I would like to thank Coach Lovejoy and Coach Middleton for the amazing opportunity to be the reporter for the Watchung Hills Warriors' Varsity lacrosse team, as I will be graduating and off to college to study journalism. This was one of the best experiences of my life and I could never have this opportunity if it weren't for them, as well as Danny Phillips and Carl Valentino, who recruited me for this position.
