WEST NEW YORK, NJ - Joe Blajsa allowed just three hits and pitched a shutout to earn his first career varsity victory as Watchung Hills  defeated Memorial on Saturday, 5-0.

Watchung Hills started strong when  leadoff hitter Nick Mink smacked a triple on the second pitch of the game and scored on Brandon Hylton's ground ball. Hylton hit a homer into the parking lot in the third inning and ended the day 2 for 4 with 3 RBI. Mink went 2 for 3 and Nick McGann had 2 RBI.

Watchung Hills is now 7-3 and will face Hunterdon Central Monday at home.
