SOMERVILLE, NJ - Senior Dan Pilsbury sunk 27 points to lead the Watchung Hills boys basketball team over Immaculata on Tuesday, 59-44.

Steven Bressler added 12 points and Gavin DeFuria chipped in 10 points for the Warriors. Stephen Dwyer netted 22 points for Immaculata.

“Immaculata is a super talented team, and we are very happy to get a huge win on the road,” said WHRHS head coach Justin Salton. “In a game where we had way too many turnovers and too many missed free throws, we were able to dial in defensively and execute at a high percentage in the second half.  Now, Thursday night is the unofficial official Conference Championship as winner takes all. We will be going into a brutally tough environment against the 3-time defending champions and it will take a monumental effort from the entire team.”

Watchung Hills is now 12-5 on the season and next plays Hunterdon Central away on Thursday.
