WARREN, NJ - The Watchung Hills girls soccer team dominated and shut out Kearny on Saturday, 2-0.

“Very happy with our performance today,” said WHRHS head coach Brian Figuerido.  “I’m excited about the versatility we have as a team this year, and I thought today that part of our team was on display.”

Chloe Ferreira and Arianna Valenti each scored for Watchung Hills. Lindsay Wolf added one assist and Kaylee Donnelly made four saves in goal for the Warriors.

Kearny keeper Catherine Canaley stopped eight.

The Warriors improve to 4-1 and next face Franklin on Thursday.
