ATLANTIC CITY, NJ -  Justin Hayward, Watchung Hills Regional High School's lone entrant in the NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships, fell by major decision in the preliminary round.

 

Christopher Foca of Bergen Catholic won by major decision over Watchung Hills' Hayward, 11-2, in the preliminary round.  Foca advanced to the semi-final and was defeated by Kyle Cochran of Paramus.

 

In the first round wrestlebacks, Hayward pinned Chad McClelland of Wall, 5:47.
