Your Library has always offered you a world of adventure, even when you are just sitting on your favorite couch, curled up under a shady tree, or spending time sipping an espresso in your neighborhood coffee shop. A book can allow you to travel to many exotic places without ever taking a step.

 

But, now, the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey wants you to combine your love of reading and your passion for adventure, and explore the amazing cultural institutions available to you throughout New Jersey and beyond. With SCLSNJ’s museum pass program, you can explore 17 destinations for free - all you need to start your journey is your SCLSNJ Library Card.

Update: Police Break Up Fight Involving 40-50 People at Bridgewater Commons Mall

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — No injuries have been reported in an incident that shut down Bridgewater Commons Mall Thursday evening after a fight involving a crowd of 40-50 people.

Police are still investigating unconfirmed reports of shots being fired, according to the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.

The mall is closed for the evening as the investigation continues.
