WARREN, NJ - A Warren Township business owner reported an attempted car jacking on Tuesday at approximately 5 p.m. in the King’s Shopping Plaza on Mountain Boulevard.

 

The victim’s car was intentionally rear ended by a car occupied by two men, police said. When the victim exited her car to assess the damage, one suspect got into her car and attempted to drive away, police said. The victim thwarted his attempt and the two suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival. The victim did not sustain any injuries , they said.

 

The suspects are described as African American and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Warren Police Department.
