WARREN, NJ - Alexa Santo had 12 points and 5 steals and Bella Murray had 12 points and 5 rebounds to lead Watchung Hills over Edison on Saturday, 72-29. 

16 Warriors got in the game.

Scarlett Glasser-Nehls added 11 points, three rebounds and three assists and Elspeth Allen pitched in seven points and six rebounds to help the Warriors improve to 17-4 on the season. In her return from injury, Senior Erin McFadden chipped in seven points, three assists and a steal.

“Much needed game after some tough ones for the Lady Warriors,” said WHRHS head coach Reece Kirchofer. “Pleased with the girls performance and classiness on the court.  4 players tallied their first varsity points and our team erupted, so pleased to see that spirit among teammates.  These are just great basketball-players and even better kids. 17-4 at this point is a nice place to be. “

Latayjah Jenkins led the scoring for Edison with 9 points.

 

Watchung Hills next travels to Montgomery on Tuesday.
