WARREN, NJ - Be prepared for a 5 a.m. call. Watchung Hills Regional High School and all sending Districts are monitoring the weather and preparing for a possible school closings on Monday. A winter weather advisory has been issued for Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Somerset and Union counties.
Warren is wagering on the timing of phone calls from area schools. Will Monday be either a delayed opening or a snow day? Will the call come Sunday night or Monday morning at 5 a.m.?
Due to inclement weather, both the Basking Ridge and Short Hills Campuses of The Pingry School will be closed on Monday, December 2. All on and off-campus school activities are cancelled.

NJ Department of Transportation issued an Administrative Order implementing Commercial Vehicle Travel Restrictions.
The Commercial Vehicle Travel Restrictions will go into effect at 1201am Monday, December 2, 2019, for the following routes:
I-80, both directions, from the Pennsylvania Border to Exit 43 (I-287).
I-78, both directions, from the Pennsylvania Border to Exit 29 (I-287).
I-287, both directions, from Exit 21 (I-78) to the New York Border.
