WARREN, NJ - The Watchung Hills boys basketball team opened the season with a big win over Bridgewater-Raritan on Thursday, 73-46. WHRHS senior Michael Bressler led all scoring with 31 points.

Jack Dwyer added 11 points and 6 rebounds, Chad Martini netted 7 points and brought down 11 rebounds, Pat Stefurak added 8 points and 5 rebounds and Trevor Bokach added 9 points for the Warriors.

“Good start to the year by getting a win on a night where we saw so many alumni return and support  our program as we played the game to honor Juan Carlos Cruz,” said WHRHS head coach Justin Salton. “It was also great to have everyone contribute. We will need to continue to build brick by brick each day.”
