Connecticut Man Arrested in Road Rage Incident in North Salem

(NORTH SALEM, N.Y.) --State Police in Somers arrested a New Milford man following a road rage incident on I-684 in the Town of North Salem. Police were called to I-684 near exit 8 around 8:13 p.m. on May 8, after a man pointed what appeared to be a gun at another motorist. Troopers say upon closer examination, the object turned out to be a black BB gun that closely resembled a 9 mm handgun. Under arrest is Alison Fritsche, 28, of New Milford, Conn. He’s charged with 2nd degree menacing and 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon, both misdemeanors. Fristsche was issued appearance tickets and released. He’s due back in Town of North Salem Court on May 22.
