NORTH SALEM, N.Y.-It’s been a struggle to find consistency for North Salem’s boys basketball team. One game the Tigers look like a top contender for a Class B section title, the next they struggle with their chemistry.

The latter reared its head in a 68-31 loss to host Somers in championship game of the 22nd annual Michael DePaoli Memorial Tournament on Saturday, Jan. 27.

Junior Kendrick Tchoua finished with nine points and was named to the all-tournament team. Senior Chris Alterio also added nine points. Ryan Donovan, Timmy Outhouse and Steve Herlihy netted four points apiece.
