NORTH SALEM, N.Y.— After months of planning, Peach Lake Market has opened its doors to the public at 1 Dingle Ridge Road.
Self-described “Pitmaster” and owner Bob Soto, smokes all of his signature meats in smokers behind the market. They include pulled pork, brisket and wings.
He also hand-blends his signature sauces. Soto said the brisket has been the runaway favorite among customers, and he’s having trouble keeping up with the demand.
